How to add a NEW PAGE using ELEMENTOR

Your website will come with Global Attributes making page creation simple. Elementor uses a ‘Drag and Drop’ system.

STEP 1

Login to the backend of your website https://www.mywebsite.com/login

STEP 2

From the Dashboard go to Pages > Add New

IMPORTANT: Change Page Attributes from ‘Default Template’ to ‘Elementor Fullwidth’ then Publish.

Click Edit with Elementor to enter the Elementor Website Builder (open this in a new tab using shift)

STEP 3

Choose a page you would like to use as a template from your current pages > open in a new tab

NOTE:

Elementor uses 3 main building blocks: Sections, Columns, and Widgets.

Sections are the largest building blocks, and inside them are groups of Columns. These sit inside the Sections and are used to house the Widgets. Widgets are placed inside the Columns. You can control the Section, Column, and Widgets with their handle.

STEP 4

Copy content from your existing page by Right Clicking on the Handle on the desired content. Click Copy.

STEP 5

Go to new page and right click the  icon. Click Paste. Edit content

STEP 6

Click Update when finished.

NOTE:

Right click to Edit, Duplicate, Copy, Delete etc.

Use the Section handle to: add a section, drag a section, or delete.
