How to create posts – Latest News / Blogs / Upcoming Events
Keeping your post content up-to-date will increase your sites SEO. Use unique content about your business to keep customers informed.
Login to the backend of your website https://www.mywebsite.com/login
From the Dashboard go to Posts > Add New
Add your content. Posts are defaulted to a standard format. If you’d like your post to be formed using Elementor please refer to page creation (Elementor format).
Optimise your post by adding it to a category (or create a new category if there isn’t one already available). If you are using posts as a news feed or events blog these categories will be preloaded for you. Tags and Featured Images can also be added at this stage.
Schedule or Publish your post. Next to Publish the default is set to Immediately. Click on this and you can schedule a publish date. Alternatively leave as Immediately and click Publish at the top. If you have not finished editing and Visibility from Public to Private.
